Rates* and Terms

Rate:
$75/hour*
*depending upon the scope of the project.
There is a $200 minimum for any single project (unless specifically negotiated).
**I am currently running a promotion to introduce myself to the Southeastern Minnesota area.
If you are from the Southeastern Minnesota area, please call for special rates.
Terms:
All projects are invoiced twice per month, on or about the first and fifteenth of the month.
Payment is due 15 days from the date of the invoice. Interest will be added to any balance that
is 60 days or more past due. Invoices are delivered via email and a copy sent by snail mail.
You may also elect to have invoices delivered via Paypal which can allow you to pay with a credit card.
All clients will be required to make a down payment of 15% of the estimated cost on any new project before we begin work.
The down payment will be credited to the first invoice.
This requirment may be waived for returning clients or for urgent projects which are billed on time and materials.
