Landscape Structures Inc. warrants that all playstructures and/or equipment sold will conform in kind and quality to the specifications set forth in the specifications manual for the products identified in the Acknowledgement of Order and will be free of defects in manufacturing and material.

Landscape Structures warranties include:

100-Year Limited Warranty:
Covers all aluminum posts, clamps, beams and caps against structural failure due to corrosion, natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. Does not include any cosmetic issues or normal wear and tear.

15-Year Limited Warranty:
Covers all plastic and steel components (including TuffTimbers™) against structural failure due to corrosion, natural deterioration or manufacturing defects. Also covers:

TenderTuff® coating against structural failure due to natural deterioration or manufacturing defects.
TuffTurf® against material or manufacturing defects when properly installed.

Does not include any cosmetic issues or wear and tear from normal use.

3-Year Limited Warranty:
Covers all other parts against failure due to corrosion or natural deterioration or manufacturing defects, including –

CableCore™ products
Swing seats and hangers
Track Ride trolleys and bumpers
All rocking equipment

Does not include any cosmetic issues or wear and tear from normal use.

The warranties stated above are valid only if the structures and/or equipment are erected in conformance with Landscape Structures' installation instructions and maintained according to maintenance procedures furnished by Landscape Structures Inc.
