25 years ago, author Marc Brown created Arthur^TM, a friendly little aardvark who deals with the same day-to-day issues of being a kid that all children do. Brown immediately established trust with his audience, who responded positively to the truthful, realistic way that Arthur and his friends relate to their own lives.
